Boxes ship during the first week of every month.

In order to get the next box, you will have needed to sign up by the last week of the previous month. For example, to receive a box in January, you need to have been signed up by the last week of December.

Absolutely! In fact this is one of the questions we ask you when you are setting up your gamer profile.

No way! Each box is made up of premium products and new releases, so it’s always super exciting when your Crate arrives.

Currently you can do in store returns only at one of our 4 corporate locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. These locations are as follows: Santa Clara, Fremont, Redwood City, and the Westgate Shopping center.

One of our Gaming Wizards (store staff) hand picks your crate for you.

We charge for your crate once we start preparing it. Should ship within a few days.

While we hate to see you go, you may cancel future crates at anytime from your customer account page.
